高等院校地质工程专业本科培养方案对比及分析 被引量:1

Comparison and Analysis of Geological Engineering's Training Program to Undergraduates in the Institution of Higher Education

摘要 基于2001—2013年全国地质工作者数量的统计和地质类高等教育发展状况的研究,作者认为在国家能源结构改革的大背景下,高校地质类毕业生就业状况在"十三五"期间会有一定的好转。文章选取了中国矿业大学(北京)、中国矿业大学、山东科技大学和长安大学4所地质类高校,对比分析了其地质工程专业课程结构和课时分布,结果表明这4所高校地质工程专业课程体系的设计均能有效地结合自身学科优势,达到特色化和多元化培养的目的。为了准确把握该专业毕业生当前培养与就业形势,文章以中国矿业大学(北京)为例,深入研究其本科生培养模式,同时整理统计2008—2014年毕业生就业状况及岗位分布,结果表明地质工程专业毕业生445人,读研与就业比例为0.9∶1,平均就业率为53.65%;就业岗位与专业关联度高达99%;就业结构仍以煤炭企业为主,但国土资源等相关单位是未来毕业生热门选择。 Based on the study of the number of geologists and the development of geological higher education from 2001 to 2013,the employment situation of graduates in geology will have an improvement in the "13th Five-Year" period under the background of national energy structure reform. Furthermore,the structure and distribution of the course in the four geological colleges,China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing),China University of Mining and Technology,Shandong University of Science and Technology and Chang'an University,were analyzed. The results show that the colleges take the advantages of their own disciplines and get the purpose of diversification in designing the curriculum system of geological engineering. In order to know the situation of training and employment,taking the China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing) as an example,this paper studied the undergraduate training mode of geological engineering and analyzed the graduates' employment during 2008—2014. As a result,445 geological engineering students were graduated;the ratio of postgraduate to employment students is 0.9:1;the average employment rate is 53.65%;the relevance between jobs and profession is 99%;employment focus is still the main coal enterprises,but the relevant units of territorial resources is a popular choice in future.
