提高我国高校大学生就业力的途径

To Improve the Employment Force of College Students in China

近年来,我国大学生数量不断增加,然而社会岗位数量并未与之同步增长,宝贵的知识生产力因而被浪费,不仅影响大学生的发展,更影响了我国社会主义社会发展的进程。导致大学生就业问题发生的原因是大学生就业能力低,难以契合社会、经济发展的需求。因此,深入研究制约大学生就业率提高的因素,设计针对性的策略已成"当务之急",本文就此展开讨论,希望能够为提高我国大学生就业力贡献绵薄之力。

In recent years,the number of college students has been increasing.Yet the number of social jobs has not grown in tandem.Valuable intellectual productivity is thus wasted.It not only influences the development of college students,but also influences the development of socialist society in China.The cause of college students＇ employment problems is the low employment ability of university students,which is difficult to fit the needs of social and economic development.Therefore,in-depth study of factors restricting the employment rate of college students has become a ＂top priority＂ in designing targeted strategies.This paper discusses and hopes to contribute to the improvement of employment of college students in China.
