Exploration and Practice of Internationalization of Graduate Education in Polymer Subject

本文总结了哈尔滨工程大学高分子学科方向研究生教育国际化的探索与实践,从国际学术视野、国际学术交流、创新性学术思维等国际化能力的多元内涵出发,在师资队伍建设、国际学术交流与合作、课程建设等多方面进行创新与改革。通过"引进来"和"走出去"的有效结合,促进高分子学科方向研究生教育国际化水平的不断提高。

In this paper,exploration and practice of internationalization of graduate education in polymer subject in Harbin Engineering University were briefly summarized. Innovation and reform were made in construction of teaching staff,international academic exchange and collaboration,course construction in terms of international academic horizon,international academic exchange and innovative academic thinking. The internationalization level of graduate education in polymer subject has been continuously improved through the effective combination of ＂bring in＂ and ＂go out＂.
