下企业实践是高职教师提升专业技能的重要途径。本文立足于宁夏实际,对教师下企业实践现状进行分析,提出相应对策,以期提升高职教师企业研修的实效。

Enterprise practice is an important way for vocational college teachers to upgrade their professional skills. Based on the reality of Ningxia,this paper analyzes the present situation of the practice of teachers in the enterprise,and puts forward related countermeasures so as to improve the actual effect on enterprises practice of vocational college teachers.
