摘要 教育公平程度的高低是推动经济和社会发展的基础,从不同角度理解教育公平的含义,便于建立衡量教育公平的指标。以各年6岁及6岁以上全国各级各类学历教育毕业人数为基础,计算2004—2012年的教育基尼系数,来衡量教育公平程度,结果表明,我国教育公平情况得到了改善,但每年改善幅度不大。通过了解我国2004—2012年各阶段教育的入学率、生均教育经费支出情况,分析我国教育公平得到改善和改善幅度不大的原因,最后提出几点建议,以求改善教育公平的现状。 The level of education fairness is the basis for promoting economic and social development,from different angles to understand the meaning of educational equity,easy to establish a measure of education fair indicators. Based on the number of diplomas of all levels of education at all levels of 6 years and over, the paper calculates the Gini coefficient of education from 2004 to 2012 to measure the fairness of education. The results show.that the educational equity of our country has been improved,The improvement is not significant. By understanding the enrollment rate of education in each stage of China from 2004 to 2012,the expenditure of education expenditure,the analysis of the reasons for the improvement and improvement of educational equity in China,and finally put forward some suggestions to improve the current situation of educational fairness.
