我国教育公平程度实证研究:2004—2012年——基于教育基尼系数的计算与分析

教育公平程度的高低是推动经济和社会发展的基础,从不同角度理解教育公平的含义,便于建立衡量教育公平的指标。以各年6岁及6岁以上全国各级各类学历教育毕业人数为基础,计算2004—2012年的教育基尼系数,来衡量教育公平程度,结果表明,我国教育公平情况得到了改善,但每年改善幅度不大。通过了解我国2004—2012年各阶段教育的入学率、生均教育经费支出情况,分析我国教育公平得到改善和改善幅度不大的原因,最后提出几点建议,以求改善教育公平的现状。

The level of education fairness is the basis for promoting economic and social development,from different angles to understand the meaning of educational equity,easy to establish a measure of education fair indicators. The results show.that the educational equity of our country has been improved,The improvement is not significant.
