目前全球化趋势加强,提高中学生的口语能力成为时代发展的要求。运用课内课外学习相结合的方法全面提高学生口语能力,不仅要注重教师的"教",更要突出学生的"学",逐渐培养学生在课下的自学能力。不仅如此,在全社会都应提高对口语能力的重视,通过政策手段促进英语口语的学习。

With today＇s increasing globalization, students＇ spoken English is needed to improve. In order to advance their oral English, the method of study both in inside and outside classroom is applied. It requires us focus not only on teaching but also on learning so that students＇ ability of independent study is gradually cultivated. Furthermore, the whole society should attach importance to improving students＇ spoken English and policy should be adopted to promote the study.
