摘要
在中国传统社会中,"孝"由祭祀、对祖先的追思,演变为子女对在世父母的"养亲""敬亲",直到后来的"顺亲"。孝在中国传统社会具有一定历史合理性。从成本收益视角看,它是将子女视为一种私有的投资,通过"孝"的伦理观和制度体系的强调来实现自身投资的风险控制和收益的最大化。"孝"在当下中国社会依然有诸多体现,很多人也试图将其视为解决当前家庭及社会关系中出现的诸多问题的良方或良方之一,并进行大力倡导。然而"孝"本身所蕴含的单向度的义务性强调以及隐藏其中的成本收益依据,使得孝在解决当前诸问题时面临诸多困境,甚至因其与现代社会的基本价值追求不符而对现代家庭社会关系的长远解决带来风险和阻力。或许寻求当下中国家庭社会关系的新纽带会能更有利于解决当前乃至今后中国家庭社会关系诸问题,那或许是法和爱。
In traditional Chinese society, the filial piety evolved from the memorial to the ancestors to the supporting and respecting to living parents, until then, it turns into a kind of obedience. Filial piety in traditional Chinese society has certain historical rationality. From a cost - benefit perspective, it regards children as a kind of private investment, through the filial piety ethics and the emphasis of the system to maximize the income of their own investment. Filial piety still has many manifestations in contemporary Chi- nese society, and many people also try to regard it as one of the best solutions or the solution to many prob- lems in the current family and social relations thus vigorously advocate. However, filial piety itself contains the obligation of one dimension and the hidden cost and profit basis, which makes filial piety face many dif- ficulties in solving the current problems. Furthermore, because of its inconsistent with the basic value pur- suit of modern society, it brings risks and resistance to the long - term solution of modern family - social re- lations. Perhaps seeking a new link between the current Chinese family and society will help to solve the problems of family and society in China at present and in the future, and the link could be law and love.
