普通师范院校网络工程专业应用型人才培养研究

On Network Engineering Training Program for Cultivating Applied Talents in Local Normal Universities

本文以地方普通师范院校的网络工程专业为例,提出该专业的应用型人才培养目标及思路,构建了应用型人才培养发展框架,给出了应用型人才培养实施内容,对于普通师范院校应用型人才培养转型发展、教育教学改革及培养体系建设具有一定的参考意义。

In this paper,based on network engineering training program of local normal university,the targets and ideas of cultivating applied talents are discussed,the frameworks of cultivation of applied talents are constituted,and the training programs of applied talents are given. It will be of some reference significance for the transformation and development of cultivation of applied talents,the reform of education and teaching,and the construction of the professionals training system of networking engineering in local normal university.
