Knowledge beyond Practice:Intensifying Undergraduate's Scientific Research Training to Develop Innovative Thinking and Creativity

摘要 在医学教育改革中,培养学生的创新思维能力已成为基础医学教学改革的重点内容。树立以科研结合教学为核心的现阶段临床医学本科人才创新能力培养模式,把创新思维的培养放到突出位置上,通过科研活动以拓宽学术视野,提升创新能力,对于促进科研优势资源转化为教学优势资源,全面提升创新人才培养质量有着重要意义。 In medical education reform,cultivation of medical undergraduate's innovative thinking and creativity has been incorporated in undergraduate programs as an important content. Cultivation mode of innovative medical undergraduate talents which combines with scientific research and teaching as core part,broadens medical undergraduate's academic horizons and enhance the innovative ability. The innovative cultivation mode is beneficial to promote the transformation of scientific research resources into teaching resources,and is great significance to comprehensively improve the quality of innovative talents.
