摘要 商贸业内部是人、财、物、信息时刻流动变化的灵活多变体:经营管理者要承担起与客户沟通交流,分析处理大量的数据进行经营决策,安排各项物资的采购,仓储与配送等等纷繁复杂的工作。因此就商贸行业本身来说,从业者单单掌握知识和某项技能是远远不够的。在商贸类人才社会需求旺盛而供需差距明显的今天,商贸类专业教育者首先要帮助学生在心中真正建立起对职业的认可与追求,对专业的热爱与付出,对行业的关注与兴趣基础上,在生、校、企之间形成相互认可、相互依赖、相互支撑的三维立体互动互助的人才培养模式,才能够使三方各司其职、各守其位、各取所需,共同进步和发展,才能培养出符合行业需求的可用之才。 The business industry is the flexible variant of people, money, information flow and change: business managers should take up with the customer communication, analysis and processing of a large number of data management decisions, arrangements for the procurement, warehousing and distribution, and so on. Therefore, the business industry itself, the business class professional educators should help students in the hearts of the real establishment of professional recognition and pursuit, and pay attention to the industry, the industry's attention and interest. In school, students, mutual recognition, mutual depend- ence between enterprises, the training mode of mutual support three - dimensional interactive cooperation of talent, which are able to make the three party to carry out their duties, to keep to their common progress and development, each one takes what he needs, and to cultivate the available talent needs of the industry.
