摘要
随着科学技术的发展,我国市场经济和社会生产效率得到了不断地发展和进步。在这种形势下,社会对应用型综合人才的需求越来越多,因此需要应用技术型大学采用科学的教育方式为社会培养更多的综合性人才。应用技术性大学在培育综合性人才的时候,需要与"工匠精神"的培育工作结合起来,分析两者之间的内在关联,并把"工匠精神"培育工作作为科学教育引导工作的方式之一,以期提高学生的综合能力。
With the development of science and technology, the market economy and the efficiency of social production have been continuously developing and made huge progress. The society needs more and more comprehensive talents. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the scientific education mode to cultivate more comprehensive talents for the society. While some Application of Technical University are cultivating comprehensive talents, they should combine with the ＂cultivating craftsman spirit＂, and analyze internal association between the two. In order to improve the comprehensive ability of students, university should take artisan spirit cultivation as one of scientific education mode.
