摘要
近年来我国城市化发展迅速,许多城市制定了"同城化"和"一体化"的发展战略,在实施过程中虽然存在产业布局不合理、政策不协调等亟待解决的问题,但区域空间一体化仍是促进区域快速健康发展的重要方向。以区域空间一体化作用为切入点,通过定性与定量分析的方法,运用断裂点和空间相互作用强度模型对长春市和公主岭市的一体化发展进程进行研究。研究结果显示,公主岭市内大部分城镇处在长春市辐射影响范围内,其中交通、产业和政策是影响空间相互作用强度的主导因素。为了实现一体化发展的目标,城镇发展定位必须发挥自身特色和优势,与相邻发达地区形成产业互补,在协调的政策环境与适宜的交通条件支持下协同发展。
In recent years, with the rapid urbanization in our country, many cities formulated the development model of "urbanization" and "integration". Although there were problems such as unreasonable industrial layout and uncoordinated policies in the process of implementation, space integration was still an important direction for promoting the rapid and healthy development of the region. In order to study the pr^ess of integrative development between Changchun and Gongzhuling, this paper took the role of regional integratian as an entry point. By means of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper studied the strength of interaction between fracture sites and space. The results showed that most of the towns in Gongzhuling City were indeed within the scope of the radiation impact of Changchun City. Transportation, industries and pohcies were the dominant factors affecting the intensity of spatial interaction. In order to achieve the goal of integrated development, the development orientation of cities and towns must exert its own characteristics and advantages, complement each other with the neighboring developed regions, and develop synergistically with the support of a more coordinated policy environment and appropriate traffic conditions.
