南水北调中线生态文化旅游开发研究——以焦作渠段为例

Study on Ecological Cultural Tourism Development of Middle Route of South to North Water Diversion Project——Taking Jiaozuo Canal as an Example

南水北调水利工程是我国最大的调水工程,其中焦作城区段是南水北调中线工程中唯一穿城而过的城市。从生态文化旅游角度开发南水北调焦作段,不仅符合国家对南水北调中线工程生态文化旅游产业带规划发展的政策需要,更有利于促进推动"郑—焦融合",加快焦作城市旅游及城乡一体化发展。通过调研南水北调焦作渠段沿线旅游资源,分析其生态文化旅游开发的必要性与可行性,提出依托水域景观开发水生态观光旅游、协同景观廊道促进旅游产品业态创新、利用沿线产业资源打造旅游特色村镇等发展建议。

The south to north water tansfer project was the largest water transfer project in China.Among them,the Jiaozuo City section was the only city to pass through the middle mute of the south to north water transfer project. The development of the Jiaozuo section of the south to north water diversion project from the perspective of ecological and cultural tourism did not only conform the national policy of ecological and cultural tourism industry of south to north water transfer project planning with the need of development, but eonducively promoted the ＂Zheng- Jiao fusion＂, accelerated Jiaozuo City tourism and urban - rural integration development. Along the Jiaozuo tourism resources through the research of south to north water diversion,this paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of ecological and cultural tourism development, put up some suggestions, such as relying on the development of water landscape water ecological tourism, collaborative landscape corridor and promoting the tourism product business innovation, using the industrial resources along the tourist characteristics to develop the villages and towns.
