健儿扶正膏方治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

Observation on effect of Jianer Fuzheng paste on recurrent respiratory tract infection of children

目的:观察中药健儿扶正膏方治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:选择反复呼吸道感染患儿77例随机分为治疗组39例与对照组38例,对照组口服匹多莫德联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用健儿扶正膏方,观察两组疗效及免疫功能。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.31%,明显较对照组73.68%高(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后免疫功能指标均有上升,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健儿扶正膏方可改善反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能,快速缓解症状,疗效确切。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Jianer Fuzheng paste on recurrent respiratory tract infection of children. Methods ： 77 cases of selected children patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group （39 cases） and control group （38 cases）. The control group was treated with oral Pidotimod combined with Zinc gluconate, while the treatment group was treated plus with Jianer Fuzheng paste on the basis of control group. The effect and immune function of children patients in two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results ： The total effective rate of treatment group was 92. 31%, which was significantly higher than 72. 68% of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Before treatment, IgG, IgA, IgM, CIM / CD8 etc. immune function indexes of children patients in two groups had not obvious difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the immune function indexes of children patients in two groups increased, and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Jianer Fuzheng paste can improve the immune function of children patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection, and relieve quickly the symptoms. Its effect is definite.
