基于数据挖掘分析李其信治疗慢性前列腺炎用药规律研究

Study on medication rule of Professor Li Qixin in treating chronic prostatitis based on analysis of data mining

目的:运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)软件,分析挖掘李其信治疗慢性前列腺炎的处方用药规律。方法:收集整理李其信教授治疗慢性前列腺炎的完整门诊病历处方100例,将处方录入"中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)",利用该软件的集成规则分析、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类、四气五味归经分析等方法,总结李其信治疗慢性前列腺炎的用药规律。结果:对筛选出的100个中医处方进行数据分析,明确药物使用频次及药物间的关联规则,提取核心药物组合2个,得出治疗慢性前列腺炎新方1个。结论:李其信治疗慢性前列腺炎多以疏肝清热祛湿为法,并据其兼症加减治疗以提高临床疗效。

Objective： To analyze and mine the medication rule of Professor Li Qixin in the prescriptions of treating chronic prostatitis by TCM inheritance auxiliary system （ V2.5 ） software. Methods ： 100 complete prescriptions of Professor Li Qixin in treating chronic prostatitis were collected and arranged from outpatient medical records. The TCM prescriptions were entered into＂ TCM inheritance auxiliary system （ V2. 5 ） ＂. The data of medication rule of Professor Li Qixin in treating chronic prostatitis was mined by integrated rule analysis , improved nmtual information, complex system entropy clustering, unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and analysis of four properties,five tastes and channel tropism, etc. methods of this software. Results： The data of 100 screened TCM prescriptions were analyzed. The frequency of drug use and the association rule among drugs were defined. Two combinations of core drugs were extracted. A new prescription of treating chronic prostatitis was excavated and analyzed. Conclusion： In treating chronic prostatitis, Professor Li Qixin takes mostly methods of smoothing liver, clearing heat and removing dampness et al, and meanwhile adds or subtracts the treatment according to its complex symptom.
