社会经济的快速发展使得中小型企业的经营规模和经营范围不断扩大,中小型企业想要在愈发激烈的市场竞争占据一席之地,就必须要采取有效的措施和手段来提高自身的市场竞争力。在此情况下,中小型企业必须要全面加强对知识型员工的管理和重视,在全面的对知识型员工流失原因进行分析和研究之后,根据实际情况有效地调整薪酬福利待遇,尽可能的为知识型员工提供更好的工作环境,建立较为完善的员工管理机制和激励机制。
The rapid growth of social economy facilities the operation scale and business cope of SMEs (small and medium- sized enterprises) constantly expand, and if only SMEs would like to take a place in the increasingly fierce market competition, they must adopt effective measures to improve their market competitiveness.Given such a situation, SMEs ought to strengthen the manage- ment and appreciate to the knowledge-based employees in all respects, and after analyzing and researching the reasons of knowledge- based employees' loss, they should effectively adjust salary and welfare according to actual condition, endeavoring to provide better working environment to knowledge-based employees, establishing a relatively complete employee management and incentive mecha- i nism.
