加强高校班集体建设,能塑造当代大学生良好的品格,促进他们在德、智、体等方面的全面发展。在全国高校思想政治工作会议中,习近平指出,做好高校思想政治工作,要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。随着大学教育改革的不断深入,学分制修学方式使得大学班级的概念正在淡化,以班级为载体的思想政治教育工作随之弱化。北京工业大学建工学院通过创建"N+1=1"群体效应下大学生班级管理与班风建设的工作模式,学院思想政治教育工作的成效显著。

Strengthen the class construction of universities,can shape the students a good character and promote their moral,intellectual,physical and other aspects of comprehensive development. On national ideological conncil,Xi Jinping pointed out that ideological work in colleges and universities must due to things,times and situation. With the developing of university reform,credit school system makes the concept of university class is dilute,the effecting of ideological and political education in class is weakened. So,the College of Architecture and Civil Engineering at Beijing University of Technology Beijing University of Technology,creates the work style ＂N＋1=1＂ group effect on university students in class management and construction,the result of ideological and political education is improved obviously.
