摘要 2017年以来,"一带一路"获得了长足的发展,同时需要各类人才,这其中包括国际营销人才。随着"一带一路"的发展,这给高校国际营销人才带来了很大的机遇和调整。在这样的背景下,我国国际营销人才培养面临着大的机遇和挑战,在分析我国高校国际营销人才培养上存在的问题的基础上,提出了培养对策。 Since 2017,the Belt and Road gained considerable development,also needs all kinds of talents,which includes international marketing talents. With the development of "Belt and Road Initiative",which has brought the opportunity and the adjustment of the international marketing talents in colleges and universities. In this background, international marketing talent cultivation in China is facing big the opportunities and challenges. Based on the analysis of problems existing in international marketing personnel training in China on training and put forward countermeasures.
