内蒙古地区冠心病患者健康自我管理现状及影响因素的研究

Health Self-management and Influencing Factors of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease in Inner Mongolia

目的:为了了解冠心病患者健康自我管理的现状,分析影响冠心病患者健康自我管理的因素。方法:采用冠心病个人健康自我管理行为量表使用抽样调查的方法,选择在2016年11月—2017年4月期间于内蒙古医科大学附属医院和内蒙古人民医院心内科对住院的冠心病患者进行问卷调查。采用描述性分析、t检验、方差和多重线性回归分析等方法对所有数据进行分析。结果:冠心病自我管理行为得分为53.40±11.47分,健康管理水平较低。

Objective：to investigate the status of health self-management in patients with coronary heart disease and to analyze the factors that affect the self-management of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods：a questionnaire was used to examine the patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University and Inner Mongolia People＇s Hospital from November 2016 to April 20t7 by using the self-management behavior scale of CHD survey, All data were analyzed by descriptive analysis,test,variance and nmltiple linear regression analysis. Results：the score of self-management of coronary heart disease was 53.40 ~ 11.47,and the level of health management was low.
