基于SWOT分析的大数据时代下高校基层团组织建设的研究--以苏州大学数学科学学院为例

Research on the Construction of Grassroots Organizations in Colleges and Universities in the Era of Big Data Based on SWOT Analysis——Taking the College of Mathematics and Science of Soochow University as an Example

高校基层团组织在高校的思想政治教育、校园文化建设等各项工作中发挥着重要的作用。大数据时代的到来给高校基层团组织建设带来了机遇与挑战。基于SWOT分析法,以苏州大学数学科学学院为例,探讨了大数据背景下高校基层团组织的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁,最后指出各高校应抓住机遇,扬长避短,积极开创大数据时代下基层团组织的新局面。

The grassroots organizations play an important role in the ideological and political education and the construction of campus culture in colleges. The arrival of the b^g data era has brought opportunities and challenges to the grassroots organizations in universities. Based on the SWOT analysis ruethod,taking Suzhou University School of Mathematical Sciences as an example,we discusses the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of grassroots organizations in colleges under the background of big data. Finally pointed out that colleges should seize the opportunity,avoid weaknesses,and actively create a new situation of the grassroots organizations under the big data era.
