Application and Innovation of Progect Manegement System in the Construction of State-ounal Enterprises

随着经济的不断发展和改革的不断深入,我国国有企业适应市场发展的要求越来越高,工程项目建设在国有企业转型发展的过程中发挥着重要的作用。而目前,国有企业建设工程项目管理的实施模式相对落后,文章通过对当前国有企业项目建设中普遍存在的问题进行分析,提出项目经理制在工程项目建设实施中的应用和创新点,以期为促进国有企业项目建设模式的发展提供一定的参考。

With the constant development of economy and deepening reformation,the requirement for our state-owned enterprises to adapt to market development is getting higher and higher. The construction of project plays an important role in the transformation and development of state-owned enterprises. However,at present,the implementation mode of state-owned construction project management is relatively backward. Based on the analysis of the common problem in the current state-owned enterprise construction,it put forward the application and innovation of project manager system in the construction and implementation of projects,which provided a reference for the development of state-owned enterprise project construction mode.
