将稀油站电接点双金属温度计、电接点压力表改为温度、压力变送器,将温度、压力变送器的模拟量信号送入PLC中,再通过嵌入式一体化显示屏将温度、压力值显示在画面上,并能进行参数修改,通过改造解决了原设备故障停车的现象,保障了主机设备的稳定运行。

The thin oil station electric contact bimetallic thermometer,electric contact pressure gauge was changed to temperature and pressure transmitter,the temperature and pressure transmitter analog signal was into the PLC and then through the embedded integrated display temperature,the pressure value was displayed on the screen,and parameter can be modified. Through the transformation,the original equipment failed to stop and the stable operation of the host equipment was guaranteed.
