摘要
随着国民经济的发展,建筑行业迎来了全新的发展契机,同时也对建设工程项目的管理提出了更高要求,如对建设工程全生命周期的信息化、数据化管理。以装配式建筑为例,阐述BIM与全生命周期的概念,分析BIM管理系统的架构与工作流程,以规划、生产、施工与运营4方面为切入点,深入探究BIM管理系统在装配式建筑全生命周期管理中的应用,充分挖掘BIM技术的价值,提高管理工作的质量与效率,进一步保障和提高建筑工程的质量。
With the development of the national economy, the construction industry ushered in a new opportunity for development, but also on the construction project management put forward higher requirements, such as the construction of the whole life cycle of information technology, data management. This paper takes assembly architecture as an example, expounds the concept of BIM and the whole life cycle, analyzes the structure and working flow of BIM management system, and explores the BIM management system in assembly, construction, construction and operation as the breakthrough point. The purpose of full lifecycle management is to fully exploit the value of BIM technology, improve the quality and efficiency of management, and further protect and improve the quality of construction projects.
