多层商业建筑防火过程中,存在人员流动性高,用电量较大,火灾载荷密度高,安全出口较隐蔽等防火特点,因此在设计防患中,须从增设防烟楼梯间设计、敞开疏散楼梯间设计、增设通向屋顶设计、增设室外疏散楼梯设计等细节着手,做好防火设计。
