地西泮联合缩宫素治疗对潜伏期延长产妇妊娠结局及睡眠质量的影响研究

Effects of Diazepam Combined with Oxytocin on Pregnancy Outcome and Quality of Sleep in Prolonged Latent Period

目的:探究地西泮联合缩宫素治疗对潜伏期延长产妇妊娠结局及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月庄河市中心医院妇产科住院分娩的初产妇94例,采用随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各47例。对照组静脉注射缩宫素,采用产科常规处理方法,实验组采用地西泮联合缩宫素治疗方法,比较2组产妇的妊娠结局,睡眠质量和产后抑郁情况。结果:治疗后对照组产妇的剖宫产率为48.94%,实验组为23.40%,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后对照组PSQI评分为(11.43±3.01)分,实验组为(6.71±1.29)分,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后对照组SDS评分为(61.58±4.32)分,实验组为(48.13±4.19)分,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地西泮联合缩宫素治疗降低了潜伏期延长产妇的剖宫产率,提高了产妇的睡眠质量,改善了产妇的产后抑郁情况。

Objective： To investigate the effect of diazepam combined with oxytocin on the prolonged maternal pregnancy outcome and the quality of sleep. Methods： January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology hospital delivery of 94 cases of primipara was chosen. Using random number table divided into control group of 47 cases and experimental group of 47 cases. Pregnant women in the control group were injected with oxytocin and were treated with conventional obstetric methods. Pregnant women in the experimental group were treated with diazepam combined with oxytocin. Pregnancy outcomes,sleep quality and postpartum depression were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment,the control group maternal cesarean section rate was 48. 94% and the experimental group was 23. 40%. After treatment,the PSQI score of the control group was（ 11. 43 ± 3. 01） points and the experimental group was（ 6. 71 ± 1. 29）points. After treatment,the SDS score of the control group was（ 61. 58 ± 4. 32） points and the experimental group was（ 48. 13 ± 4. 19） points. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The combination of diazepam and oxytocin reduces the cesarean section rate,prolongs the quality of sleep of pregnant women and improves the postpartum depression of the pregnant women.
