桃红四物汤联合华盖散加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察及对睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined with Huagai Powder on the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:观察桃红四物联合华盖散加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年4月至2017年2月福建省地质医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者76例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各38例,对照组实施常规西医治疗(化痰药物及支气管扩张剂),观察组在此基础上再给予桃红四物汤联合华盖散进行治疗。比较2组治疗效果情况、肺功能指标以及2组治疗后的睡眠评分情况。结果:观察组的总有效率为94.74%明显高于对照组68.42%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的用力肺活量(FVC)、1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)以及1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)等指标都显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后的睡眠质量评分指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者实施桃红四物联合华盖散加减治疗效果显著,有利于改善患者的肺功能以及睡眠质量,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Taohong Siwu combined with Huagai Powder in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods： From April 2015 to February 2017 in Fujian Province geological Hospital of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） patients with 76 cases,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 38 cases,the control group received the routine treatment of Western Medicine（ phlegm drugs and bronchodilators）,on the basis of the observation group were given treatment of powder of Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined with canopy. Comparison of therapeutic effect of 2 groups,score of lung function and sleep in 2 groups after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 94. 74% vs 68. 42,P 0. 05）. Forced vital capacity（ FVC） of the observation group after treatment. The indexes of forced expiratory volume（ FEV1） and forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity（ FEV1/FVC） at 1 seconds were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. The score of sleep quality after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of Taohong Siwu combined with Huagai Powder on the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） is remarkable,which is beneficial to improve the lung function and sleep quality of the patients,so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
