传统中医解梦与弗洛伊德释梦之异同及其临床意义

Comparisons between Traditional Chinese Medicine and Freud on the Interpretation of Dream and Its Clinical Significance

从《黄帝内经》开始,中医学已经有从梦象去作诊断,以指导治疗的记载。然而,由于临床上梦像非常复杂,且《黄帝内经》与大量中医古籍一贯的写作方法一样,只简略的将理论的重点写出,凭当中简略的描写去指导临床诊疗几乎是不可能的。故在临床以中医理论去解梦及指导诊疗是十分困难的。而十九世纪的弗洛伊德十分详细的分析了以往学者对梦的理论,以及从不同的例子(特别是他的患者和他自身的梦)去研究梦的机理。他分析与研究令千奇百怪的梦像不再被认为是凭空产生,而是有生理学及心理学的基础,更是有一定的规律。经过弗洛伊德的释梦分析,千奇百怪的梦像不再是了无意义的密码。结合弗洛伊德的理论,梦背后的真实面貌就可以传统中医的理论去解释这些经破解的梦象,从而指导临床诊疗。

Since Huangdi Neijing（ Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor）,Traditional Chinese Medicine has already tied to interpret dreams and guide treatment of various diseases. However, since dreams are extremely complicated,Huangdi Neijing,like most of the ancient Chinese Medicine literature,are too short to describe the details of the theory of dream interpretation,it is almost impossible to use its theory to guide treatment. In 19 th century,Sigmund Freud analyzed views of dreams from various researchers before him,and from various dreams of his patients and himself. Freud analyzed dreams in details and find out dreams have its physiological and psychological mechanism,and present in recognizable patterns. Dreams are no longer meaningless codes after Fraud. combining with the theory of Freud on dreams,Traditional Chinese Medicine theory can be applied to the dreams to aid diagnosis and guide treatment.
