法国始终重视与自己昔日的非洲殖民地国家开展合作,从资金、人员方面对其提供各类援助,这其中,法国合作部曾发挥重要作用。该部的诞生、发展、衰落,向我们透视了法国对非援助的特点、参与援助人员的思想变化,以及法国政府各部门间的复杂关系。
The France has always attached particular importance to its cooperation with countries of its former colony. The aid is thus linked to the black continent in terms of investment and personnel. The Minister of Cooperation played a significant role. Indeed, its birth, its development and its withdrawal allow us to glimpse the metamorphosis of the characteristics of the French aid, that of the state of mind of the cooperants, as well as the complicated relations between French services and French ministers in the implementation of cooperative policies.
