摘要
1997年金隆投产设计冶炼能力为100kt/a矿铜,经过20年生产实践,历经多次技术改造,现矿铜产量已经达到350kt/a,在线运行热负荷最高达2 302 MJ/(h·m3),本文主要介绍金隆公司2007至2016年历次技术改造、闪速炉生产状况、渣含铜变化等情况。
Jinlong Copper Co. , Lid. was put into production in 1997 with initial design smelting capacity of copper mine of 100 kt/a. With twenty-year production practice and application of many technology innovations, mine copper production reaches 350 kt/a to date, online operation thermal load is as high as 2 302 MJ/（h ·m3）. All previous technological transformation, production status of flash furnace, copper content in slag, etc, in Jinlong Copper in 2007-2016 are introduced.
