闪速炼铜工艺干铜精矿输送技术的研究 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了闪速炼铜中常用的干铜精矿输送技术,结合工程实例,对气力提升技术和浓相气力输送技术输送干铜精矿的主要技术和经济指标进行了对比研究。结果表明,两种输送技术各有优缺点,总体而言,两种技术均能应用在新建铜冶炼厂和现有铜冶炼厂改造的干铜精矿输送中;另外,浓相气力输送在配置上限制少、更为灵活,而气力提升技术在输送效率、输送稳定性、运行维护方面具有明显的优势,且运行费用更低。 Commonly used conveying technology for dry copper concentrate was introduced. Based on project example, main technical and economic indexes of airlift and dense phase pneumatic conveying for dry copper concentrate were studied. The results show that the above two conveying technologies have their advantages and disadvantages. In general, both can be applied to convey dry copper concentrate in new copper smelter or existing copper smelter upgrading. In addition, dense phase pneumatic conveying is more flexible and less restrictive in arrangement. Airlift conveying has obvious advantages in terms of conveying efficiency, stability, operation and maintenance, and lower operating cost.
