摘要
介绍了祥光铜业竖炉连续熔铜生产工艺,通过对竖炉炉体结构和竖炉溜槽的改进,以及对燃烧系统参数的优化,增加了电解残极和大块固体冷态物料的处理量,提高了竖炉的作、№率和产品质量,实现了竖炉连续高负荷生产。
Practice of high load process for continuous copper smelting with Shaft Furnace in Xiangguang Copper was introduced. Processing capacity of electrolytic residual pole and block solid cold material is enhanced by structure improvement of furnace body and chute, and parameter optimization of combustion system. Working rate and product quality of Shaft Furnace are improved. Continuous high load production of Shaft Furnace is realized.
