摘要
目的探讨弥散加权成像对于中枢神经细胞瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析11例经手术病理证实的中枢神经细胞瘤的MRI影像学资料,8例患者行常规MRI平扫及增强扫描,11例行弥散加权成像,测量病变的标准ADC值。结果 8例DWI实性部分呈高或稍高信号,3例呈高低混杂信号,肿瘤实性部分的标准ADC值为(0.59±0.03)×10-3mm2/s。结论中枢神经细胞瘤的标准ADC值显著低于其他侧脑室肿瘤,结合其DWI特点,有助于提高诊断的准确性。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) findings of central neurocytoma (CNC). Methods MRI findings of 11 patients with the histopathological diagnosis of CNC were evaluated retrospectively. 8 of them were performed plain and enhanced MRI scan, and 11 cases were performed DWI. Normalized diffusion coefficient (NADC) was assessed. Results On DWI, 8 tumors had hyperintense appearances and 3 tumors had heterogeneous intense. Tumor NADC were (0.59±0.03)×10^-2mm^2/s. Conclusion NADC of CNC was lower significantly than them of other tumors in lateral ven- tricle. It is helpful to make a correct diagnosis combining with the DWI features.
