Patent Management Research for Investigation and Design Enterprises of Electric Power Industry

知识产权是企业核心竞争力的重要支撑和坚实保障。本文依托中国电力规划设计协会2017年度政策调研课题《电力规划设计企业专利政策调研》,调研行业内不同规模、不同业务类型的勘测设计企业专利管理模式和现状,探寻研究发现存在的问题和不足,提出了适合电力规划设计企业专利管理的建议,对企业专利政策制定和实施具有借鉴意义。

Intellectual property constitutes the crucial support and solid guarantee for core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper is prepared based on the policy research project of China Electric Power Planning and Design Association in 2017 ＂Investigation on Patent Policy for Electric Power Planning and Design Enterprises＂ , aiming to investigate the patent management model and status of investigation and design enterprises with different scales and different types of business in the industry, identify the problems and defects in patent management, and propose reasonable suggestions for patent management of power planning and design enterprises, so as to provide a reference significance to the formulation and implementation of enterprise patent policy.
