摘要
高位收水冷却塔中央竖井具有结构复杂、内水压力大、荷载工况多等特点,这些特点造成其结构设计异常的复杂和困难,采用常规计算手段无法满足设计要求。本文采用国际通用商业有限元软件ANSYS,对某工程高位收水冷却塔中央竖井进行三维静动力有限元分析,并结合内力计算结果进行结构优化设计,拟定合理的结构形式和尺寸,既满足工艺布置要求,也使受力更合理,造价更经济。
The hot water riser of the cooling tower with high level water-collecting has the characteristics of complex structure, large internal water pressure and many load conditions. These features make the structure design complex and difficult. The conventional calculation method cannot meet the design requirements. In this paper, threedimensional static and dynamic finite element analysis of the hot water riser of the cooling tower with high level watercollecting is carried out by using ANSYS, and the structural optimization is carried out by combining the internal force calculation results. The reasonable structural form and size can be worked out, and the force is more reasonable, more cost-effective.
