摘要 借助Moldflow Synergy分析软件对某双色底壳产品进行计算机辅助工程(CAE)模拟仿真。结合浇注系统的设计原则,确定了该产品模具浇注系统参数:模具型腔采用一模二腔布置;第一次成型外层选用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)材料,采用点浇口进胶方式,浇口尺寸为1.3 mm;第二次成型内层选用丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)材料,采用潜伏式点浇口进胶方式,浇口尺寸为1.8 mm。同时还通过成型窗口分析,得到了PMMA材料和ABS材料的最佳工艺参数范围:PMMA材料的最佳模具温度为100℃,熔体温度控制在300~340℃,注射时间控制在0.2~1.1 s;ABS材料的最佳模具温度为60℃,熔体温度控制在220~260℃,注射时间控制在0.1~1.2 s。 With the aid of Moldflow Synergy analysis software, the CAE simulation of a product with double color bottom shell was simulated. According to the design principle of the casting system, the parameters of the product mold casting system were determined. The arrangement of the mold cavity was of two cavities in one module. The first molding outer layer used the PMMA material and pin-point gate, the gate size was 1.3 mm. The second molding inner layer used ABS material and submarine gate, the gate size was 1.8 mm. At the same time, by molding window analysis, the optimum range of process parameters for PMMA and ABS materials was obtained. The optimum mold temperature of PMMA material was 100 ℃, the melt temperature was controlled between 300-340 ℃, and the injection time was controlled in 0.2-1.1 s. The optimum mold temperature of ABS material was 60 ℃, the melt temperature was controlled between 220-260 ℃, and the injection time is controlled in 0.1-1.2 s.
