摘要
智能化变电站作为电力系统变配电功能的主要单元,在智能化电网技术中起到举足轻重的作用,通过现场图像采集监测其运行参数和状态预测有助于供电部门及时了解变电站的运行、用户用电情况。在介绍智能化电网和智能化变电站技术的基础上,对JPEG基本压缩系统的基本结构、运行模式、编码方法、主要流程和空间转换进行详细分析,以FPGA和OV7670图像传感器为核心设计智能化变电站设备图像采集系统硬件电路整体结构,阐述OV7670图像传感器的功能特点,并设计传感器接口电路,编写图像采集软件程序。
Intelligent substation plays a pivotal role in the intelligent power grid technology as the main unit of distribution power system function. Power supply departments can obtain the opera- tion of substation and user's electricity consumption in time by using the intelligent substation to collect and monitor the parameters and state prediction. The basic structure, operation mode, coding method, main process and spatial transformation of JPEG compression system were analyzed in detailed. The hardware circuit was designed with FPGA and OV7670 image sensor. The functions and features of OV7670 image sensor were introduced. The sensor interface circuit was designed, and image acquisition software program was written.
