枳实对小肠电活动的影响

A Myoelectric Activity of a Small Intestine Influenced by Zhishi

枳实为重要理气药之一。本研究采用电生理学方法,观察和记录到1ml/kg100%浓缩枳实液灌入狗胃后,小肠消化间期综合肌电的周期和Ⅰ相时程缩短;Ⅱ相时程延长。实验结果提示:枳实有增强小肠平滑肌紧张度和位相性收缩功能。

Zhishi (Fructus Aurontii Immaturus) is one of the important Chinese herbs for regulating qi. After pouring 1 ml/kg 100% concentrated solution of Zhishi down the stomaches of dogs, that the changes of the cyclic duration for IDMEC and phase I in the small intestines were appeared earlier and phase Ⅱ was lasted longer has been observed and recorded with 4 channles polygraph, microcomputer and data statistics. The experimental results indicated that Zhishi could increase the tonic degree of smooth muscles and the phasic constraction of the small intestines. Therefore it may provide a modern scienticfic experimental basis for the treatment of diseases such as stagnation of qi due to food accumulation, fullness of chest and abdomen, hernia, prolapse of rectum, and etc. with Zhishi and its complex prescription.
