摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定牙膏中氨甲环酸分析方法。结果表明,牙膏空白基质不影响氨甲环酸含量测定,氨甲环酸质量浓度为49.8~249.0mg/L,峰面积和质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,R^2=0.9998,平均回收率均大于99%,RSD均小于1%,最低检出限为3.128mg/L,最低定量限为10.43mg/L。
The method to determine the content of tranexamic acid in toothpaste by HPLC was established. The results showed that, the blank matrix of toothpaste had no influcence on the determination of tranexamic acid. Good linear relationship was observed at 49.8-249.0 mg/L between peak area and concentration, with the correlation coefficient R2=0.999 8. The average recoveries were more than 99% (RSD 〈 1%). The limit of detection (LOD) was 3.128 mg/L. The limit ofquantitation (LOQ) was 10.43 mg/L.
