摘要
为制定苯在化妆品中的安全限值,笔者采用动物致癌试验中T25作为剂量描述因子,结合化妆品系统暴露水平,基于终生致死风险1×10^(-5),计算化妆品原料及成品中苯的可能最高安全浓度为1.717mg/kg。同时参照美国EPA饮用水中苯的限值(5μg/L)推算化妆品中苯的可能最高安全浓度为1.891mg/kg。推荐在终产品或者原料中苯的含量不超过1.717mg/kg时,应该不会对人体产生安全问题。
In order to set up the safety limit of benzene in cosmetic products, T25 from animal carcinogenic test was considered as a dose descriptor. Combined with system exposure dose (SED) and lifetime cancer risk (10-5), it was concluded that the probable maximum safe concentration of benzene in the raw materials and finished products of cosmetics was 1.717 mg/kg. Meanwhile, the probable maximum safe concentration of benzene in cosmetics was 1.891 mg/kg as deduced from the limit value in drinking water set by US EPA (5μg/L). The recommended level of benzene in the final products or raw materials was no more than 1.717 mg/kg, which should be safe for human body.
