摘要
通过工艺试验对荧光渗透检测系统监控试块的人工裂纹蓝白色显示形成的原因进行分析,结果表明:呈现出蓝白色是因为在限定的显像时间内,渗透检测系统监控试块人工裂纹内的荧光渗透液回渗到试块上的显像剂粉层表面的量很少,不足以形成人眼能够识别出的黄绿色显示;人工裂纹总体显示呈现出蓝白色,实际是由吸附在人工裂纹开口处的显像剂所发出的蓝白色引起的。
The cause of white-blue indication for artificial crack of fluorescent penetrant testing system monitor block is analyzed.Results showed that in the limited imaging time,there is less fluorescent penetrant returning back to the imaging agent powder layer of the block and the yellow-green indication recognized by human eye could not appear.The white-blue display as shown by the overall artificial crack is actually issued by the imaging agent adsorbed on the artificial crack opening.
