高效视频编码帧内预测算法
摘要
文章首先从高效视频编码的产生和发展角度出发,对当前存在于HEVC框架之下的主要不足之处加以分析,并且给出了对应的优化意见,指出帧内预测是可以切实对HEVC实现改善的重要途径。
