路面施工过程中,路面压实技术是施工质量管控中必不可少的组成部分。研究提出一种基于栅格地图的智能压实遍数计算方法,实时展现路面压实过程中的压实情况,同时实时存入数据库中保存,为路面施工质量管理提供实时管理依据与质量溯源依据,实现路面压实质量的量化统计。

In the process of pavement construction, pavement compaction technology is an essential part of construction quality control. This paper presents an intelligent compaction grid map calculation method based on the number of times, real-time compaction pavement compaction process, and real-time database preservation, and provides real-time management basis and quality traceability basis for pavement construction quality management, which can realize the quantitative statistics of pavement compaction quality.
