介绍了PE管和HDPE实壁管的管节连接方式、内翻边的形成原因和不良影响,给出了内翻边处理办法及实际应用案例。以往内翻边由于无法切除而一直未受重视,介绍了一种新型内翻边切除机及其原理,该内可较好地解决内翻边切除问题,具有一定的推广应用价值。

This paper introduces the connection methods of PE pipe and HDPE solid wall pipe joints, and the formation and the adverse effects of inner flanging in PE pipeline. The treatment methods of inner flanging and practical cases are also given. In the past, the inner flanging issue has not received much at- tention because it could not be removed. The new inner flanging cut machine solves the problems in inter- nal flanging removal well, therefore it is worth promoting and application.
