摘要
具有庞大学生群体的农村学校是否能有效实施核心素养教育将影响整个中国学生核心素养培养目标的实现质量。农村学校实施核心素养教育的有效条件包括四个基本方面:相关教育主体形成对核心素养现世意义的共性认知;形成为核心素养而教的教育联盟;教师具有成为核心素养教育者与自我教育者的高效能感;以乡土文化育人,在校本课程实践中实现核心素养教育。
Whether core literacy education in rural schools with a large group of students can be effectively conducted will influence the overall quality of realizing the goal of developing Chinese students' core literacy. The effective conditions of conducting core literacy education in rural schools include the following four basic aspects: related subjects of education have a common idea of the contemporary meaning of core literacy; an educational alliance is forged for the teaching of core literacy; teachers establish a high efficacy in becoming the educators and the self-educators of core literacy; and core literacy education is realized in the practice of school-based curriculum through the education of people with local culture.
