摘要 教师个人课程哲学是教师对课程领域内基本问题的个体性认识,它具有个体性、实践性、缄默性、动态生成性以及学术性和教育性相统一等特点。教师个人课程哲学的形成对教师专业发展、基础教育新课程改革的推进以及学生核心素养的培育具有重要意义。教师个人课程哲学的建构需要教师不断完善知识结构,提高自身理论素养;积极投身课程实践活动,实现自我角色的转变;对其个人课程进行批判与反思,逐渐构建个性化课程哲学。 Teachers' personal curriculum philosophy refers to their own understanding of basic issues in the field of curriculum which has such characteristics of individuality, practice, silence, dynamic generation, and unity of academics and education. Its formation is of great significance to the professional development of teachers, the promotion of new curriculum reform in basic education and the cultivation of students' core quality. And its construction requires teachers to constantly improve their knowledge structure to raise the level of their theoretical attainment, to actively participate in curriculum practice to realize the transformation of their role, and to criticize and reflect on their individual courses to gradually build their individualized philosophy of curriculum.
