城市微更新是城市更新的小尺度、新阶段的另类表述,本质上是存量空间的更新改造运动。从宏观和微观的角度,从政策、成本、观念和公众参与的角度分析城市微更新的动力机制,从公平和效率两个角度阐述价值观,以便对城市微更新的实践模式有更深刻的认识。

Urban micro-updating is a small scale of urban renewal and an alternative expression in the new stage. In essence, it is a reforming and reforming movement of stock space. From macro and micro perspectives, this paper analyzes the powerful mechanism of urban micro-renewal from the aspects of policy, cost, concept and public participation, expounds the values from two perspectives, fairness and efficiency, so as to have a deeper understanding of the urban micro-updated practice model.
