高密度语境下公共空间的综合性能优化策略研究

Research on Comprehensive Performance Optimization Strategy of Urban Public Space in High-density Context

基于城市高密度发展的必然趋势,公共空间建设需要面临新的挑战,以促进社会、经济、生态等多目标的协调发展。文章以高密度坏境下的公共空间作为研究对象,在分析其特征、多目标需求及现存问题的基础上,提出了综合性能优化的理念及主要目标,并初步建立影响公共空间综合性能的多元因子体系,最后从四个方面提出具有可操作性的主要规划策略,力图为日后高密度城市公共空间规划与建设提供一定的借鉴与参考。

With the inevitable trend of high-density development, public space construction needs to face new chal enges in order to promote the coordinated development of social, economic and ecological objectives. This paper takes the public space in high-density context as the research object. Based on the analysis of its characteristics, multi-objective and existing problems, proposes the concept and main objectives of comprehensive performance optimization, establishes an initial multi-factor system influencing the overall performance of public space, and finally promotes the feasible planning strategies from four aspects to provide a significant reference for public space planning and construction in high-density context.
