基于宜居性的青年公租房适宜度构建研究

Research on the Suitability in Public Rental Housing for the Youth Under the Perspective of Livability

在国家大力推行保障性住房建设的背景下,公租房旨在解决"夹心层"人群的居住难题。青年作为"夹心层"的构成主体,设计上应充分考虑到其自身特点与居住需求。基于此,文章从"宜居性"视角出发,围绕社会、生活以及环境三个方面对公租房适宜度的构建展开分析,以期能对今后相关研究提供一些指导建议。

In the background of the country＇s vigorous construction of affordable housing, the emergence of public rental housing has solved the problem of living in the ＂sandwich layer＂.As the main body of ＂sandwich layer＂, the youth should fully be considered their own characteristics and residential needs.Based on this, this article starts from the perspective of ＂livability＂,and analyzes the suitability of public rental housing in three aspects, such as society, life and environment, so as to provide some guidance for future research.
