居住区低碳园林绿地评价体系研究——以苏南地区为例

The Residential Area Landscape Evaluation Index System Based on the Concept of Low-Carbon——A Case Study of South Jiangsu

提升居住区绿地建设的可持续性是缓解城市生态环境问题、促进城市可持续发展的有效途径。以苏南地区居住区园林绿地为研究对象,从景观设计、施工、建设现状到管理维护四个方面构建居住区低碳园林绿地评价指标体系。通过模糊层次分析法和专家打分相结合的方法,确定指标体系中各项指标的权重,探讨建立一套设计合理的居住区低碳园林绿地综合评价方法,以期为低碳居住区的建设提供理论参考。

Improving residential area green space construction is the effective approach in improving the urban Eco-environment and promoting the urban sustainable development. The residential area has remarkable regional characteristics. In the case of rural areas of southern Jiangsu Province, the paper establishes the evaluation index system, including four aspects changing： design, construction, construction status and maintenance. The evaluation index system of low-carbon residential green space and the index weighting were studied by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method, the purpose was to establish a reasonable way of evaluating low-carbon residential green space in order to provide theoretical guidance for the construction of low-carbon residential landscape.
