摘要
通过对园林建筑更新的内涵、动因、模式的分析,认为物质性老化与功能性退化是园林建筑更新的两个主要原因,并提出结构型更新、功能型更新和物质型更新三种更新模式,为不同情境下的园林建筑更新提供思路和策略。
Through the analysis on the connotation, motivation and mode of the garden building renewal, the author concludes that the material aging and functional degeneration are the two main reasons for the renewal. It is put forward that the three renewals on structure, function and material can provide ideas and strategies for garden architecture renewal under various situations.
